Can you explain me how it's work ?

Is this th time count i can see in this video ?
How it work with other mods like newnet ?

Yes it is the Time Count.
Once you die, the timer will start and if it reaches 0.0, it will automatically respawn you.

Ok thx Very good alternative to

bForceRespawn=False
or
bForceRespawn=True

Change to bForceRespawn=False
