ServerPackages=IpToCountry_AOL don't exist now You can remove it
Are you sure you ave CountryFlags2.utx
ave you try lms on the test server for found if this come from your settings ?

If CountryFlags works on other game type, then use a scoreboard for LMS instead (
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=272)

If this problem happening with Lms only try this option (bHighDetailGhosts=True) in UT.ini otherwise it's a error with LMS++, need to be a detailed check.

Not included "2k4Combos not need to add ServerPackages & ServerActors, just copy to System folder" nn needs this file in system folder, but it downloads in client side automatically...

I discovered 2 bug and something pre needs a fix.
I shot two guns at the same time, pulse and minigun, I do not know how, I tried to do it again, I could not!
I noticed that some shots on the feet hit but did not cause any damage or hit sound (rocketlauncher)
Some players after dying and leaving the corpse, it seems the corpse get up after dead and lie down again
And in LMS mode the correct armor is 100 not 150
I tested with the server well filled several people playing, i tested in This latest version of newnet 8.

I didn't find any error firing minigun & pulse or try this settings (SetPendingWeapon=True)
I noticed that some shots on the feet hit but did not cause any damage or hit sound (rocketlauncher)
Rocket launcher has a feet distance limit (4096.000000) & lifespan time is (6.000000 seconds)
Some players after dying and leaving the corpse, it seems the corpse get up after dead and lie down again
If found any problem disable VA
And in LMS mode the correct armor is 100 not 150
