It is not conceivable to back to Unreal 1 this is for UT99
look at all sniper team camping or run and gun there is zooming and sound.
there is other sniper with just a point who running with newnet ... you can add it with StuffSwapper
I think the cause is admin can't add the zoom it's not a choice
may be this work with only the point with StuffSwapper

Forcing to use a custom zooming effect can interfere with the players performance. Personally, it is difficult for me to play with the red dot and the square around it. Moreover, in all run and gun servers there are only low level players (not trying to be disrespectful here or conceited). In [MyStyle] server you'll see the kills occur in fractions of a second, making it a lot harder for people who just didnt like the zooming effect.
