1) copy the .u, .int, .ini, .utx files to the UT\System folder
2) add to the UnrealTournament.ini in section [Engine.GameEngine] the following entry
[Engine.GameEngine]
ServerPackages=UP2 (For IpToCountry AOL's country detection too)
ServerPackages=CountryFlags2 (For IpToCountry)
UP.ini file will auto generate when you start each Mutators/ServerActors or Most of the .ini config found in this .zip pack.

2) Open the renamed UP.ini and replace all [UltimatePackages_v1_1.XXX] related to [UP2.XXX] lines. (For saving old configuration)
