What is the mod for make instazoom ?

at 195.154.136.56:7727 the speed server is 135 so it not stay long time

Acceptable without (UltimateScoreBoard_v1.2 & MapVoteUltimate_v2.4), Because i frequently update this mods that's why. Or we can think about this two mods, I think the problem is ipToCountry_v1.6, most of the server mods & normal mods are uses this package so I cannot predict with this ipToCountry_v1.6 pack & see what happens...

Nice for remove a lot serverpackages and co for not to approach the limit engendered with iptocountry ( around 50 lines comes bugs ).
No iptocountry no limit number lines.
